Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich Hotel 12th Anniversary Theme Exhibition Remake Art
On the occasion of its 12th anniversary, Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich Hotel joined hands with Parkland and the team of Associate Professor Liu Ming from Guangzhou Light Industry University to launch the [Recreating the Art World] themed exhibition.
A sustainable dialogue about life and art,A batch of old uniforms, old furniture, tableware, tablecloths and other materials sorted out by the hotel team were deconstructed and reorganized, combined with weaving, tie-dyeing, ink splashing, paper art, lacquer art and other expression techniques to recreate a new art form to present 6 art installations.
They have witnessed the hotel's development over the past 12 years, and with the power of art have called for attention to environmental protection, giving new life to old objects, presenting new artistic tension, and allowing the moving stories behind them to continue.
